The Envelope

Frank Olson fell from a New York hotel window in 1953, nine days after being covertly dosed with LSD by the CIA under MK-Ultra. His body was exhumed in 1994. A forensic pathologist found evidence of a pre-fall blow to the head. Ada finds the CIA officer who was in the room. He is 94. He has written a statement he will not file while alive. He gives Ada the envelope and asks her to decide what to do with it.
