The Ridge

A deputy marshal on the Ruby Ridge perimeter radioed command that the rules of engagement were unconstitutional before the second day of operations. Command confirmed receipt and ordered him to hold position. He never disclosed the exchange because it was verbal and no record exists. Ada finds him thirty years later. He has written it down. He wants to know what to do with it.
